The Wiz Design Framework
The Wiz framework serves the principle of evaluating our work, which helps our teams to make more accurate decisions reducing risks.
Wiz is a company that recently faced a digital transformation process. Human centered design was essential to establish more consistency and empower everyone in the company. We create a workshop to share our ideas and experiences,consolidating our background in a fluid process. Our main goal was to prove that this framework could be applied by everyone in the company creating better experiences with fewer uncertainties. Nowadays we have different areas applying our framework as a reference to create their own process to solve problems or look for opportunities.
